Apostolic Deliverance Church Of Christ #5 |
Missions: Philippines
We are blessed to be in fellowship with believers in the Philippines. Our dear brother, Pastor Ernie Matulac along with his assistant pastor, Brother Eduardo Diso are doing a great work there in their homeland. Pastor Ernie is married with 3 wonderful children. He is a Roman Catholic by birth but was converted to Christ and has since become a Gospel Missionary Pastor.
Pastor Matulac found our site and he was touched by the true Apostolic teachings. They are a small Christian ministry and he pastors in various provinces there in the Philippines. He travels through the remote areas spreading the word. They are preaching and teaching the word of God to new believers and they are baptizing them in the mighty name of Jesus. We are so thankful to God that he has given us these wonderful saints to work with in spreading this gospel to people every where. He is sincerely learning more and working with us. The saints have become part of our spiritual family.
We are in constant contact with our brother. We ask that you keep them in your prayer, that God will keep them covered under the blood. Also pray for Pastor Matulac's speedy recovery. On Tuesday they were going to baptize and on his way back the car he was in lost control and fell to the other side of the mountain. We have heard from him since and thank God his is alive. He is injured, but he has informed us he is ok, he is resting while his leg heals. Daily they pray from 4 to 5 am, which is 4 to 5 pm our time. We ask all that will, if you can, take that time to join us in prayer. That is usually a busy time in the afternoons but if you take no more than a few moments, please remember our church family there in the Philippines.
We are constantly working to help provide them with materials, things needed to help with their ministry and basic everyday needs. Unfortunately they don't have the luxuries or even some of the simple freedoms that we have, but yet they are still determined to do the work of the Lord and serve him unwaveringly. If you would like more information or you would like to donate to our efforts for the saints feel free to contact us.
